Thank you for choosing CDL Prep. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases on our website.

Purchases Policy

If you wish to register for a subscription, you may be required to provide information relevant to your transaction. By proceeding with a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

(i) You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any transactions.

(ii) The information you supply is accurate, complete, and current.

We may employ third-party services to process payments and facilitate transactions. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to share this information with these third-party providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period (including any free trial). If you purchase a free trial, the remaining portion of the trial will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions or partially used membership periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to CDL Prep features until the end of your current billing period.
