Question:

What is emergency stab braking?

A Press on the brake pedal as hard as you can, release the brakes when the wheels lock, put on the brakes again when the wheels start rolling.
explanation

Stab Braking:
• Apply your brakes all the way.
• Release the brakes when wheels lock up.
• As soon as the wheels start rolling, apply the brakes fully again. (It can take up to 1 second for the wheels to start rolling after you release the brakes. If you reapply the brakes before the wheels start rolling, the vehicle will not straighten out.)

Great for helping you focus on the main points and preparing you for the tests.

You can use the app for free but some of the adds are a little vulgar and the features are 1000% worth it. This app had all the questions from the bank of questions tailored word for word to both the state I went to CDL school in (Oklahoma) AND the state I transferred to and got my endorsements in (Louisiana). They also have explanations for the questions with direct reference to the correlated FMCSA regulations so you can actually know why the answers are what they are. 100/10. I’ve been recommending it to everyone. Thank you for making this available!
