As you inspect each tire, you should check

A all of the above.
Tires are crucial. Check for all sorts of possible problems, including worn tires (inadequate tread depth or fabric showing through sidewalls), cracked valve stems, and cuts or other damage. Section 2.1.3 of the New York State Commercial Driver's Manual has a full list of checks for you to make.
B if the valve stem is cracked.
C if you can see any fabric through the sidewall.
D if there are any cuts in the tire.
